I been a client for 2 year. Routine check appointment. After the check turned out well, the Doctor lost interest. From that point on, they refused answering questions and recommended I do the professional cleaning where all my questions will be answered. Receptionists were very stressed and rude. They refused to talk English when I was struggling. Interesting that they can when they call to ask to reschedule appointment appointments.

I wasn’t happy with my previous dentist, so I honestly just picked this one at random based on Google Maps reviews and I’m really glad I did. I’ve had a couple of quite comprehensive procedures done here, and they were handled in one of the most professional ways I’ve ever experienced. Everything was clearly explained, the work was precise, and I felt genuinely taken care of throughout the process. The staff is amazing, friendly, calm, and highly competent, and they use clearly state of the art technology, which makes a huge difference. Most importantly, they helped me regain my trust in dentists again. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

WARNING: DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE DAMAGE THAT CAN BE DONE IN THIS CLINIC!!! I am a self-paying patient, and my experiences here have been extremely distressing. My first issue started with a deep cavity. The dentist closed it without any follow-up, temporary filling, or instructions. Two months later, the pain escalated to constant electric-shock-like sensations across my jaw, ear, neck, and chest. I called the clinic several times urgently, but the receptionist repeatedly dismissed me, downplayed my pain, and gave me appointments only days later. Painkillers did not help, and the delay turned the situation into one of the most terrifying experiences of my life. Later, I had treatment on another tooth next to a wisdom tooth. The wisdom tooth was removed, a root canal performed, and I was told to wait three months. Immediately after, I noticed jaw discomfort and facial asymmetry. When I raised concerns, the dentist refused to examine me and instructed me to see an osteopath at my own expense. Meanwhile, the neighboring healthy tooth began reacting painfully to hot and cold, because the temporary filling created uneven pressure. Another dentist later confirmed that the filling was

For adult visits, this dental clinic is good. But they should not offer treatments for children. I brought my 7 year old son for a filling, who was understandably nervous about being injected with anesthesia and the dentist's drill. Unfortunately, he refused the treatment on his first visit. We asked if we could bring him back a second time and they agreed. The second time, he was more willing, and we got as far as getting him injected, but once they began drilling, he got scared again and was hesitating to continue. They ended up asking us to leave and did not complete the appointment. They also reminded us that we could not come back again. It was clear that they didn't wait long enough for the anesthesia to take its full effect, but they just wanted him out. So for the rest of the day he had a fully numbed mouth for no reason. It was a terribly unpleasant experience. To be fair, we showed up 8 minutes late to the appointment because he was so scared to come, but I don't see that as a reason to act rude. Just rudeness and unprofessional behavior all around with the child.
