Diese Menschen die dort Arbeiten sollten Lieber zuhause bleiben ! Sowas nennt sich Schulden Beratung . Ich bereue es so sehr dort mir Hilfe gesucht zu haben . Unfreundlich . Man kann wenn Konflikte kommen nicht mit diesen Menschen ein ordentliches Gespräch führen . Wie sagt man so schön getroffene Hunde bellen nicht . Ekelhaft wie ihr mit Menschen umgeht

Ich hab mehrere überschuldete Menschen zu dieser Beratungsstelle und im Prozess der Privatinsolvenz begleitet. Die MitarbeiterInnen sind freundlich und verständnisvoll und völlig wertfrei gegenüber den Ratsuchenden. Neben ausführlicher und verständlicher Beratung gibt es auch tatkräftige Hilfe beim Zusammenstellen der Papiere. Man muss also nicht mit einer perfekten Akte vor der Tür stehen. Hauptsache man kommt da an und bleibt am Ball.
