I was very pleased with my new mattress from Traumkonzept. The staff were knowledgeable, and were giving me advise on the suitability of the combination of materials. Eventually, I picked a firmness which suited me and my back, and my sleep has improved. The delivery was also as-promised, in the time which they said they would come, and within the delivery window they agreed on too. Thanks a lot again for your support.

This happened to be our first stop on our 8 week (14 store) journey to find a mattress. After trying what seemed like every mattress in the city, we decided on a natural latex mattress. This store had every available version from Dormiente, so we retuned to try them again with all of our newly gained mattress knowledge. Jenny helped us through the process. She was patient, friendly, and answered all of our (sometimes very detailed) questions. The actual delivery was quick and professional. They also removed our old mattress for a small fee. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience.

This is a truly outstanding shop, and I could not be happier with the service they provided. The employees are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, very patient, and were truly invested in ensuring that I made the right (not necessarily the most expensive!) decision when purchasing a new mattress. They gave me plenty of time to try out the many different options available in the shop, and made sure I felt comfortable through the whole process. The delivery was excellent, the communication was outstanding at all times, they were extremely flexible with payment options, and just generally all around brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend Traumkonzept to anyone looking for a new mattress, bed or pillows/duvets etc. If you live in or near Berlin, you couldn’t do better than Traumkonzept. A huge thank you from me for the excellent service!

I was quite intrigued to find a pillow/mattress store with so many positive reviews, but after experiencing it for myself I now understand why. Jenny was incredibly kind and patient, and shared her infinite wisdom with me to help me find the perfect pillow. Very grateful to have found this place and can’t recommend enough ✨

Very good place and very friendly staff. I have problems with my neck and I went there to buy a pillow. Ms. Kiehl was very pleasant and helpful as a consultant. I spent there around 2 hours. I really appreciate their professional and friendly work. Highly recommended!
