Inpatient and unhelpful support staff!

I really cant understand how is it possible that with the store empty the employee doesn’t help when the QR codes doesn’t work and the only one working the printer doesn’t print properly. I asked for other solutions while my newborn was crying anf then they told me to use the computer cable which didn’t work either. Then I asked for support but the guy told me he couldn’t help me without even trying. Disgusting.

If you did your troubleshooting at home and could not figure out what is wrong with your printer, dong go here, they will also not figure things out and will come to the same conclusion as you. No money back if the job is job is not done. Two stars (not one) only because the receptionist wanted to help
