About Tiermedizinzentrum Berlin

Tiermedizinzentrum Berlin is one of the tierärzte & tierkliniken listed in Berlin, Berlin. The business is registered at Kufsteiner Str. 22, Badensche Str. 49A, 10825 Berlin; use this page to check its opening hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip. Google also lists it under arzt, which is worth knowing if you are comparing several options in the area.

Choosing a practice, dentist or pharmacy is about trust and convenience: check the opening hours, whether the practice takes new patients (most want a Termin, booked by phone or through Doctolib), whether it treats statutory (gesetzlich) as well as private patients, and whether the staff speak English. Bring your Versichertenkarte; without cover you pay the full amount. Outside surgery hours dial 116 117 for the on-call doctor, and in an emergency 112 for an ambulance.

Opening hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 8 am–12 am. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is 030 8542050. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is tiermedizinzentrum.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

With 3.7 out of 5 on Google from 405 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for tierärzte & tierkliniken in Berlin. German customers tend to review sparingly and critically, so a mid-range score with detailed comments is often a fair picture.

Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. For directions in Berlin, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. We called shortly before midnight, before the practice’s closing time, because our dog was unwell and we needed urgent veterinary care. We explained the situation and were specifically told to come to the practice. We therefore immediately made our way there, relying on their confirmation that our dog would be seen. While we were already on our way, they called us back and told us that because it had apparently taken us “too long” to get there, they could no longer take us. This is an appalling way to handle an emergency. If there was a strict deadline by which we needed to arrive, that should have been made absolutely clear during the initial phone call. Instead, they told us to come, allowed us to rely on that instruction, and then withdrew their agreement to see our sick dog while we were travelling there. Had they simply told us from the beginning that they could not accommodate us, we could have used that valuable time to contact another emergency veterinarian. Being left scrambling for alternative veterinary care after midnight with a sick dog, simply because the practice changed its mind after telling us to come, was

I have been taking my cat to Ugur Can Bozkir for 4 years now. Since he started working here, this veterinary clinic will be my choice from now on. Today was my first visit. They greeted me and treated us patiently, while providing English service at the entrance. I also consider as an emergency option as they are open until 00:00, which is another positive side of the clinic. I can't speak highly enough of Mr. Bozkir, and I trust his decision of working in this clinic, which my first visit was a great pleasure.

I'm so grateful to the staff here for all the kindness and support they showed me, and to the little rabbit that had to be put to sleep. Dealing with an emergency illness of a pet that was not mine was very upsetting, and they were so wonderful here. Vielen vielen Dank. xXx

I went here over the weekend in an emergency case where my local vet advices to go to a clinic and this was the closest open clinic for me. I’ve seen other reviews about it being super expensive and yes it was very expensive but honestly, I don’t know how much this treatment usually would cost with overnight stays and care, as I’ve never had this situation before in Germany. So I can’t comment on that My experience here was very good. They provided very clear information before about what would happen and what would likely be the costs which was quite aligned with what they told me it would be in the end, even though there was an extra cost my cat had taken out a claw that he had damaged earlier this week while being treated here for urinary issues. They also gave me regular updates with anything that might be important and I got to pick him up a bit sooner than I expected which is great. Obviously my cat absolutely didn’t like staying in a clinic but what cat would enjoy that? He came back and the recovery is going splendid so I’m very happy overall with the care for my cat and how it’s going now.

I will never go here again. I was looking for help for one my older rats, who was clearly at the end stage of her life. She has a complicated history and has been treated for respiratory issues/lung issues. I wanted to have a chance to put her to sleep before she suffered. Instead, they put her on oxygen which after an hour made zero difference, but insisted she stay overnight even though they were also unsure if she would pull through. Even if she miraculously did a 180 overnight, what would the next days be like? An animal deserves quality of life, not just to exist. The way that doctor spoke to me as if I had zero experience with rats and didn’t know what I was talking about because I could not name all medications she’s had because it was late and I was in a panic. In fact, I have a lot of experience and I volunteer at a rescue specifically for rats. I am sure they only want to make money and could care or less that the poor rat was suffering. Never again.
