For anything on wheels, from a tyre change to a new vehicle, the basics apply: confirm the price up front, ask about the warranty on parts and labour, and get a receipt. Third-party insurance is compulsory, and the dealer will usually arrange the registration (Zulassung) and number plates for you. Busy periods are the tyre-change weeks in spring and autumn and the days before the summer holidays, and breakdown cover through ADAC or your insurer is worth having.

Opening hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open Open 24 hours. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is 030 31987. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak.

Its Google rating stands at 3.3 out of 5 from 1,042 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

Lot of spaces, good location. 45EUR overnight.

I rarely go into the city by car, but if needed then this can be a quite pricey alternative to driving in circles while looking for a parking space... It's 6€ per hour, 45€ max per day, and they don't accept Contipark P-Cards bc ownership has changed. Probably because of the insane prices the parking garage is empty most of the time 🫠

I have been parking here since ages and I’m a Contipark P-Card member. I didn’t know ownership has changed (now it belongs to SWM) and the prices are absolutely ridiculous (6€ per hour, 45€ max per day). Not surprising, the parking was empty. Never again.

The parking garage offers a convenient solution for anyone looking to park in the city center but struggling to find an open spot. It’s centrally located and has plenty of spaces, which helps reduce parking stress. However, the price of 5 euros per started hour is quite high, making it more suitable for short-term stays. Ideal if you need to run a quick errand—but expensive for longer visits.

While this parking facility offers convenience due to its proximity to Munich's city center, its rates are steep compared to typical European standards. At 27€ for 4 hours, it is quite costly. Additionally, the facility is dark and carries an unpleasant smell of urine.
