Unfortunately the garage seems to be cross-financing the cheap rate with rip-off tickets. I have parked in the spot with one wheel slightly touching the mark (not overtaking it). My colleague was over, I got a ticket, he didn't. Tried to reason with the company that it was not over the mark (also with their "proof"). Nevertheless, had to pay 55 euros. There was no sign inside the parking close-by visible, the entry area apparently has the AGB's printed. Really bad choice. Recommend parking somewhere else in order to not have to pay arbitrary fines.

I wish I had read the reviews before parking here… I also got a 55€ ticket for parking ‘outside’ the lines — lines that don’t even existed where I parked. I have a Honda, and next to me was a huge VW van when I arrived. I have a baby, so I did the best I could to park as close to the left wall as possible to leave enough space to get my baby and the stroller out of the car. I came back just to find this joke on my windshield. On top of that, there is no elevator available, so my husband had to carry the stroller all the way up a spiral staircase. We then had to walk in through the car entrance — which you are not supposed to do — but they offer no other option for exiting with a stroller or a wheelchair. To make matters worse, you can only pay with cash. Avoid this place at all costs.

One of the worst park place! Their card payment doesn’t work (looks like forever), the “helper” very rude daylong that it is my problem. While I was there several people had the same problem. I don’t even know how this service can even exists in 21 century. Only cash payment?? Really?

DO NOT PARK THERE ! I wished I would have read the opinions before parking.... the same applied to me .... the company Park & Control PAC GmbH is claiming 55€ as they said I parked a bit outside the parking lot.... Worth mentioning that I parked there because I wanted to recharge my car and NO charger was working .... Moreover, when you contact the company Park & Control PAC GmbH telling that it is not ok, they answer to you with a generic e mail.... I never saw something like this ! AVOID IT and I am happy to provide my satement and document if anyone wants to sue this company

Don’t park here, you'll risk bullshit fines. Got a €55 fine and didn’t even know why at first. Turns out my car slightly overlapped a boundary line to the neighboring space, which they counted as "occupying two spots". At least that's what I think the issue was... but literally the ENTIRE row of cars next to mine got this fine as well, even ones that were perfectly within the lines (see photo). So I don’t know. Just don’t risk it.
