the YOGA studio

the YOGA studio is a yoga studio in Erlangen, Bayern. It is listed at Hauptstraße 60, 91054 Erlangen, which places it among the local businesses of Erlangen that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

For beauty and wellness businesses, it is worth asking how long the treatment takes, whether the quoted price includes VAT and what the cancellation policy is. Popular slots fill quickly, so book early. German saunas and thermal baths have their own etiquette: most sauna areas are textile-free (no swimwear), you sit on your towel, you shower before every session, and the Aufguss, the attendant's steam ritual, runs to a posted timetable.

Opening hours are published for 1 day a week. Typical hours are 18:00–21:30. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is 0179 1500360. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is myurbanescape.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 14 reviews, which is a strong result for a yoga studio in Erlangen and suggests consistent service.

Erlangen is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around Erlangen is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.
