We had a fantastic experience. Everything was excellent from the hotel to the beautiful terrace. The food lived up to our expectations and was absolutely delicious. A special thank you to Anika for her amazing service and positive attitude. You can really tell she loves what she does. Highly recommended!

We had a business dinner with colleagues at the rooftop restaurant. Unfortunately, the evening was significantly affected by a very strong sewage/drainage odor. Every few minutes, an unpleasant smell would come through, apparently either from the lower floors or the air-conditioning/ventilation system. This is a serious issue that should be addressed urgently, as it does not match the standards and positioning of a five-star hotel and restaurant. For me personally, the experience was ruined, as such odors are extremely unpleasant, especially when combined with food and a dining atmosphere that should be enjoyable. I hope management takes action to resolve this problem.

We had such a wonderful dinner at The Louis Grillroom! From the moment we entered, the atmosphere felt elegant yet cozy — the perfect place to relax after a long day. The service was warm and attentive, and every dish was a highlight. We started with the grilled scallops — fresh, delicate, and full of flavor — followed by the Sepia-Linguine with Amalfi lemon and grilled Argentinian shrimp, which was absolutely outstanding. Our main courses, the German alpine beef fillet and the corn-fed chicken supreme, were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. And the desserts — especially the Limoncello-Ginger Mousse — were the perfect sweet ending. Everything from start to finish was simply excellent. A true culinary gem in the heart of Munich!

Fantastic restaurant all round. The service is excellent, the menu is delicious - if a little limited, and it boasts the right kind of atmosphere - if a little plain. Be warned that the cauliflower steak they feature on the website has been gone from the menu for over a year. Somehow this is the most plain 5 star review I've ever given.

We have visited Munich many times and ate our finest dinner at the LOUIS Grillroom during our visit at the time of the 2022 Oktoberfest. We live in Southern California and are used to a fresh, seasonal cuisine. The Grillroom’s dishes were served by a professional staff, styled beautifully and tasted extraordinary. We dined on pumpkin soup, Caprese and a medium-rare filet mignon with peppercorn cream sauce and Cafe de Paris butter, accompanied by a melody of fresh beans and chive mashed potatoes. It was a delicious, memorable meal.
