Staff is fine, but he had no chance to help because they do not care about your needs. There are relatively relax , because they are aware that it is hard to find a room in Berlin. This situation is affecting serve of business. Pro: Location Cons: No drink water, no slippers in room, bathroom /toilets are not clean, no reception at late time, etc.

We stayed two nights, we could barely find the location. And the room was so disgusting stains in the sheets and floor. And the bathroom was the worst of all! The fungus in the bathroom was inhumane and stains of the last guest where still there. Everything is broken and the water wont get heated for 10 minutes After that it was way to hot but it wouldn’t go down in temperature anymore. There were leeks in the bathroom no one came to fix all of it! Its horrible. And way to expensive for what it all is! We had a room for 4 people with a private bathroom.

I stayed with a friend of mine who booked this hostel. At first it looked very strange and sketchy because the building does not stand out and nowhere it says the name or logo of the hostel. We called to ask where we needed to be, the staff came out and found us in the street. The hostel is in a business building on the 4th floor which we didn’t know and could possibly be better described. However, the staff did make us feel comfortable and they were very welcoming. Our room did not look much like the pictures but was nice overall. The bathroom was very nice and clean. Overall i would recommend it, because the price was really good for the quality u get.

It was literally perfect for my stay. The room was incredibly spacious and quiet. The host couldn’t have been more welcoming. It’s a cool place with a unique concept. Beds are comfy, shared bathroom was incredibly clean and check in and check out was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The big and beautifully designed hotel room offered a very comfortable bed, great water stream in the shower, a big closet, a fridge, Tv, and more. We especially loved the hotel's location which was very centrally located and was nearby to many transportation stations. We want to also specially thank Marine and Jason, from the hotel management, for making this experience even better by taking great care of us and constantly making sure we were comfortable and feeling at home. If we ever revisit Berlin, we already know where we will stay at ;)
