Salons, spas and fitness studios in Germany are best booked ahead, especially for evenings and Saturdays, and most now take bookings online or through WhatsApp as well as by phone. Agree the service and the price before you start, note that many salons close on Mondays, and tip 5-10% in cash if you are happy. Gyms usually ask for a 12- or 24-month contract, with the monthly rate falling the longer you sign up for, so read the cancellation clause.

Ingolstadt is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in Ingolstadt, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

Echt schade… Ich bin immer regelmäßig gekommen

It was usually one of my favorite places for massages, cost/service wise. Until about a month ago I went with my sister for a massage together and I asked for a relaxing massage for myself, and they didn't care, they gave me a super rough massage, even though at the time I told the masseuse that it hurt me, she didn't care and continued, until I had to get up and tell her: be careful! I told you it hurts! In the end it is seen that they simply do massages just to have more clients but in reality they work against the clock and even though they have not finished the massage well it seems that they are in a hurry and only leave it halfway. As my sister's masseuse had finished before mine, so although mine was missing part of the head and neck massage, she simply told me that she was ready. Another thing that I didn't like was that when lying face down, where you place your face down there is normally a container with water and a flower, well this time there was only the dusty container, with the dusty flower and a piece of chewed gum, It was not pleasant to look at that the entire time I was face down. (that just makes me think they don't clean). After we have finished the massage
