Ich war lange nicht mehr hier, habe die besondere Atmosphäre aber vermisst. Ja, das Hotel, das Restaurant, die Bar; es ist ein Kleinod, etwas versteckt und aus dem täglichen Blick. Genau dies macht es aus, eine nahezu abgeschiedene intime Ecke. Hier kommt man, vielleicht leider, nicht mal eben vorbei, man muss es ausprobieren und kommt höchstwahrscheinlich wieder. An der Bar gibt's vorzügliche Cocktails, "Emily in Paris" mein Favorit. Der Service ist aufmerksam, überraschend wurden wir geduzt, das war aber okay, man fühlt sich schnell willkommen, als gehöre man zur Community. Im Restaurant ebenfalls alles "Casual",.wie das Flair des Hotels. Man schaut in die Küche und ist dem Entrecote ganz nah. Vorzüglich! Das Restaurant hat mehr Kunden verdient, nach Sylvester aber verständlich. Mir ist das Stue wieder ins Bewusstsein gerückt, herrlich.

Title: Excellent culinary experience This gastronomic experience was absolutely first class. The cuisine was top quality and every dish was a treat for the palate. The ambience was excellent and the host created a pleasant atmosphere. The service team was outstanding, and special thanks go to Lucie for making our evening something magnificent. We are already looking forward to the next time! Titel: Exzellentes kulinarisches Erlebnis Diese gastronomische Erfahrung war absolut erstklassig. Die Küche überzeugte durch Spitzenqualität, jedes Gericht war ein Genuss für den Gaumen. Das Ambiente war hervorragend, und der Gastgeber sorgte für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Serviceteam war herausragend, und ein besonderer Dank geht an Lucie, die unseren Abend zu etwas Grandiosem gemacht hat. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!
