Main door is broken so it’s always cold inside. The study rooms are also really cold

Der Lernraum ist ein Ort, an den ich oft komme, aber hier läuft einiges schief. Es gibt einfach zu viele Leute, die keinen Respekt vor den Regeln oder dem Eigentum anderer haben. Manche benehmen sich, als wären sie allein auf der Welt – mein Ladegerät wurde hier geklaut, was schon alles sagt. Das Zugangssystem mit den Karten? Ein Witz. Hier laufen regelmäßig Leute rum, die nicht mal zur Uni gehören, und keiner kontrolliert das. Plätze reservieren? Fehlanzeige. Wenn du hier lernen willst, heißt es: Früh aufstehen oder Pech haben. Es gibt sogar Leute, die hier über Nacht bleiben – auch das interessiert niemanden. Trotz allem hat der Raum seine Vorteile. Die Lage ist super: Direkt gegenüber ist die Bibliothek, im Süden die Mensa. Gehst du Richtung Westen, kommst du zuerst zu Lidl und ein paar Cafés. Noch weiter westlich findest du dann Restaurants aus aller Welt: Chinesisch, Japanisch, Indisch, McDonald’s, alles dabei. Außerdem gibt’s dm, Rewe, Rossmann und sogar ein paar Wäschereien. Für mich als internationalen Studenten ist der Ort wirklich praktisch, aber die Sache mit den Plätzen nervt. Wenn du nicht vor 9 Uhr morgens da bist, kannst du es eigentlich vergessen.
