Located at Haydnstraße 1, 93053 Regensburg, Studio53 operates as a coworking serving Regensburg in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Property decisions carry more risk than most purchases, so read the contract carefully; for a purchase the notary (Notar) certifies it. German rental listings quote Kaltmiete (rent without utilities) and Warmmiete (rent plus Nebenkosten such as heating and water); the deposit (Kaution) is capped at three months' cold rent, and for rentals the landlord pays the agent under the Bestellerprinzip. Visit at different times of day to judge noise and light, and register your new address at the Bürgeramt (Anmeldung) after moving in.

Opening hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–7 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday, Sunday. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Studio53 on 0179 5021060; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp. Its website is coworking.hair, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

It does not have a Google rating yet. That is common for new or small businesses and says nothing about quality; if you visit, leaving a review helps the next person who is weighing up the same choice.

Regensburg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in Regensburg, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.
