I just had my first training there and I’m amazed! I thought that after doing Pilates reformer regularly it would be easier but it’s was extremely challenging! Still, a lot of fun! Paula, the trainer, was great - she gave me a brief explanation of what to expect and how to use the machine. All instructions were precise. I also liked that she was correcting participants.

Best and first Lagree Studio in Munich. It’s not Pilates !! The workouts are challenging in the best way. Maya deserves a special shout-out — her cueing is precise, and she has an amazing eye for form. She gives clear corrections that make the exercises safer and much more effective. One tip for new clients: arrive a little earlier before your first class. The instructors take time to explain the Megaformer and the basics, which helps you feel more confident and get the most out of the session.

Maya is more than just a qualified instructor! She’s motivating, skilled, and someone you can really trust to guide you through the Lagree method. Her classes are tough but uplifting, and she explains everything with great precision so you always feel supported. If you want a mix of muscle toning, core strength, and positive energy, Maya’s classes at Studio Lagree Munich are perfect!

Unfortunately this here was one of my worst Lagree experiences. Before the beginning of the class the teacher didn't ask any questions about my sports level or injuries. The instructions of the moves were not clear AT ALL, I was only able to copy from what the other girls were doing. Phrases like "it's not that hard" during instructions are simply discriminating and shouldn't be pronounced by a teacher. You should know better than to judge what should be hard or not for another body. Having seen on the website that there are showers there, I asked if it would be possible to borrow a towel, getting the response that "they normally don't borrow towels". Why is there a basket with the sign "towels" in the changing room then??!! (see photo) On top of it all, it seems like the showers aren't cleaned properly, there were spiderwebs and a huge spider there... (see photo) For a single class that costs 35€ this treatment is scandalous. I will never be back again and don't suggest you to go for classes with Maya.
