I’ve had the chance to try strength and conditioning classes at quite a few fitness studios around Munich through Urban Sports Club, and StrongFit has easily become my favourite. The kettlebell classes are especially great. The workouts are challenging, varied, and always well structured, with separate classes for beginners and more experienced ones. They also offer personal training. I haven’t done it myself, but my wife has, and she had a really positive experience. The session was tailored to her needs, helped her identify weaknesses, and gave her a clear idea of what to work on. What I appreciate most is how attentive the coaches are. They make sure everyone is using proper form, help prevent injuries, and know when to push you a little harder. 👊🏼 Big thanks to Ernest, Manuel, Nathalie, and Paula for creating such a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Had a strength session with Paula and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. She has a great eye for form, gives clear technique cues, and has this way of making you feel comfortable without letting you slack. Left feeling genuinely empowered. Highly recommend her!!

I would love to extend gratitude for one of the most friendly places and people in Munich. Special thanks to Ernest for being humble, encouraging, motivating. Small space but full of vibes and all equipment you might need for functional training.

Best gym in Munich!!! This is a small gym in which you feel care about your worries and goals since Ernest is "always" there for you by helping with a structured plan or simply helping in any possible way. I have been using the open gym option and by choosing the right times I simply feel I am training in my own private gym! Better than that, even though I am following my plan I get Ernest's help whenever possible if there are some doubts and he always pro-actively suggests nice improvements, what is alwys a motivation boost! Above all, this is a small (but growing) family in which you slowly feel more part of it, eventually faster if you participate in the group classes. If you finished to read all the text, come along and you won't regret. :D

The workouts are great, making you to challenge yourself everytime. You can also see Ernest is a motivated and dedicated person, always asking you how it was, which it makes a lot of difference. I really recommend joining the trainings, you won't have time to feel bored while working out. Hoping to get well soon so I can join the trainings again 😀
