It's ok. Some parts looks new modern other parts haven't yet seen the same upgrades. The room was nice but the bathroom seemed dated. We booked a table for dinner in their restaurant through the tablet in the room which seemed easy and modern but then we got to the restaurant they didn't operate from the same system, they just had a list which hadn't been recently update. They then made us feel like we caused an inconvenience even though there were plenty of tables. The whole experience was weird and unwelcoming so we decided not to eat there, had our drinks and left. When we communicated that the waiter met us with sass. There was a great steak house within a few minutes walk who treated us lovely. The photos make it look like the spa is on site but it isn't. You have to walk through a network of tunnels to get there which goes through the carpark. The thermae spa was brilliant, lots of different spaces. The lazy river was fun. Overall, it presents as a much fancier hotel than it actually is. Not sure it should be a 4 star. Thought it was hugely overpriced.

Some parts of the hotel are stunning but the service was poor. The spa is gorgeous but is used by multiple hotels and requires a 5-10min walk through underground passages and a car park to get there. Bathrooms were dated.

Incredible service and my old Munich friend said best schnitzel she ever had … better than her grand mother’s … Sunshine Ali was epic and Timea were legends
