I have worked with this tax office for 6 years now—specifically Eren, with whom I've had one of the most steadfast professional relationships in all my time in Berlin. This is no understatement as an expat, given that we face enormous bureaucratic barriers throughout society by nature of our immigration status. They have seen me through freelance, full-time, and various hybrid employment arrangements. Because of their polite (I can't emphasise enough how much I appreciate this), responsive, and straightforward nature, I am comforted by the fact that I never have to navigate the labyrinthian German tax system without their expertise. Suat is one of the most helpful and friendliest people you can find. He is assertive, an expert in his field and takes the time for you to explain everything. If anything is unclear, he will call you to sort everything out and will help you with any problems. During the heydays of Corona it was (understandably) hard to reach him but luckily this is now better and he has an amazing (new?) staff member who is just as friendly, professional and helpful as him. Also, they speak English at a high level so if you don't know German, I would definitely recommend Suat as your Steuerberater.

Suat and his colleague are super helpful and their services are tremendously quick, efficient, and precise. This is my first year in Germany that I wanted to prepare the Tax things, as well as settle some financial issues with the foreign office. I had no clue at all about the rules, so on. Nevertheless, they treated me so gently, and solved all obstacles at an affordable price and in a manner of time. Working with them is highly recommended.
