Fachlich war die Steuerberatung in Ordnung. Leider ist die Kommunikation sehr unzuverlässig. Auf fast alle meine Rückfragen per E-Mail, WhatsApp oder Telefon, etwa zu Gewerbeanmeldungen oder einer möglichen Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter habe ich wochenlang warten müssen oder gar keine Antwort erhalten. Zudem hatte Herr Krahl in Erwägung gezogen, ab September 2025 eine Ausbildung anzubieten und mir vorgeschlagen, dass wir uns hierzu zusammensetzen könnten. Dieses Gespräch fand jedoch nie statt. Erst nach über zwei Monaten und nach mehrfachen Nachfragen ohne jegliche Antwort teilte er mir schließlich telefonisch mit, dass doch nicht ausgebildet wird. Das ist an sich völlig in Ordnung, jedoch ist es aus meiner Sicht keine angemessene Art, auf mehrere E-Mails und Anrufe über mehrere Wochen hinweg überhaupt nicht zu reagieren. Insgesamt ist die fachliche Arbeit solide, allerdings gibt es deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf bei der Kommunikation und Verbindlichkeit.
