I had a pair of jeans taken in and a hole patched. I’m generally satisfied with the quality of the work. As for the price, I can’t really say whether it was reasonable, cheap, or expensive since I rarely use alteration services. However, I didn’t feel comfortable during both visits. It felt as though they didn’t really want to serve me. The way the owner interacted with me gave off a negative vibe. When I dropped off my jeans, I paid a deposit of 15 euros, but the receipt only showed 10 euros. I had it corrected right away to avoid any misunderstandings. When I went to pick up the jeans a week later, the owner couldn’t remember me or my jeans, which I found strange considering the small number of items in the shop and the fact that it had only been a week. She then told me I still owed 15 euros, despite it being noted on the receipt that the amount had already been corrected. I pointed this out to her, explaining that I had made sure it was adjusted the first time to prevent this exact situation. I found this tailor in my neighbourhood. I needed my clothes done before my trip and he got the job done the same day I handed them in. The quality of the job was superb and he was super friendly. I’ll be coming back!
