Über Email und Telefon leider nicht gut zu erreichen. Am Telefon habe ich auch leider bereits eine sehr unhöfliche Kollegin erlebt. Vom Herzen möchten wir uns aber bei Frau Salzer bedanken (die hätte 5 Sterne verdient). Eine sehr kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiterin, die uns sehr schnell sehr weitergeholfen hat. Vielen Dank für Ihr Engagement!

Ein Stern, da man nicht null Sterne geben kann. Ich und mein Mann waren einmal dort, haben probiert telefonisch sowie auch über Email Kontakt aufzunehmen. Daraufhin kam 5 Wochen keine Nachricht. In der Nachricht hieß es ich solle das Original meiner Geburtsurkunde und das Original meiner Hochzeitsurkunde in den Briefkasten werfen und wenn etwas fehlt, müsse dies wiederholt werden. Wer gibt bitte freiwillig seine Originale aus der Hand und wirft diese in einen offenen Briefkasten? Nachdem ich nach einem persönlichen Termin bat bekam ich keine Antwort mehr. Das ist jetzt ganze 5 Monate her. Es ist nichts passiert auch nachdem ich mehrfach nach einem Termin gebeten und auch mit dem Bürgertelefon in Kontakt getreten bin. Es ist echt traurig, dass man für so kleine Sachen wie das übernehmen des Familienstandes: „verheiratet“ so einen Aufwand haben muss. Kein Wunder, dass keiner mehr heiraten mag. Echt enttäuscht vom Amt und der Arbeitsweise. Wie soll man so sein Privatleben planen?

Nachdem ich die Rezensionen zu diesem Amt gelesen habe war mir schon Angst und Bange weil ich in 7 Wochen gern heiraten würde. Ich kann die geteilten Erfahrungen aber nicht bestätigen. Letzte Woche Mittwoch habe ich mit der Post den Antrag auf Eheschließung mit allen nötigen Unterlagen übersandt. Bereits heute, am Montag darauf, bekam ich einen Rückruf von der Sachbearbeiterin weil noch eine Urkunde im Original vorgelegt werden muss, die ich unkompliziert beim Pförtner abgeben kann. Ich finde es sehr gut, dass hier der kurze Dienstweg des Telefonats genutzt wurde und nicht erst wieder Post hin und her ging. Von daher alles super.

We recently visited the Rathaus to apply for our baby’s birth certificate and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very kind and supportive, and the process was completed quickly and smoothly. We truly appreciate their efficiency and help thank you!
