Ich bin seit Jahren eine zufriedene Energiekundin. Der Wechsel von Tarifen ist sehr leicht - online sowie persönlich im Kundenzentrum. Eine Beratung zu dem passenden oder preisgünstigsten Tarif ist vor Ort easy - gefällt mir gut und eine persönliche Beratung ist nochmals schöner als mit einer Stimme am Telefon bei einem Onlineanbieter.

Ich bin seit Oktober letzten Jahres in Würzburg und als ich anfangs alles klären wollte, bezüglich Strom etc., wollte ich der WVV mitteilen, dass ich den Anbieter wechseln möchte. Diese waren der Meinung, dass keine Anfrage von dem Anbieter zu sehen ist und sie mich somit in der Grundversorgung lassen müssen. Da das Ganze so aufwendig war, beschloss ich bei der WVV zu bleiben. Da ich wusste, dass ich einen Monat in der Grundversorgung war, stellte ich mich auf die 45€ Rechnung ein. Ich erhielt lange keinen Brief und wollte schon nachhaken, als ich ein paar Tage später eine Mahnung erhielt, dass ich den Strom noch nicht gezahlt hatte, obwohl ich davor keinen Brief erhalten hatte und musste schließlich 45€ + Mahngebühren zahlen. Die Dame am Telefon wollte auf meine Nachfrage auch nicht weiterhelfen. Nach diesem Vorfall gab es zum Glück keine Probleme mehr und mittlerweile läuft auch alles, aber diesen Vorfall kann ich bis heute nicht nachvollziehen.

Anscheinend sind die Stadtwerke der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig, wollen ihre Kunden betrügen und antworten arrogant und von oben herab auf berechtigte Beschwerden.. Ich habe jetzt meinen Rechtsanwalt eingeschaltet, und werde zusätzlich Strafanzeige wegen versuchten Betrugs erstatten. Und nein, ich werde keine Email schreiben, wenn ich die Standartantwort bei den Rezensionen bekomme - die habe ich schon mehrfach geschrieben + Einschreiben.

Trotz ordnungsgemäßem Umzug, rechtzeitig übermitteltem SEPA-Lastschriftmandat und mehrfacher schriftlicher Hinweise wurde meine Stromabrechnung chaotisch und fehlerhaft gehandhabt. Rechnungen wurden bewusst an eine alte Adresse geschickt, obwohl die neue Rechnungsadresse mitgeteilt wurde. Dadurch wurde mir Zahlungsverzug unterstellt, der faktisch nicht bestand. In der Folge wurden mehrfach Abschläge doppelt abgebucht, zusätzlich mehrere Mahngebühren, obwohl bereits ein SEPA-Mandat vorlag und keine korrekte Rechnung zugestellt wurde. Auf E-Mails wurde wochenlang nicht reagiert, während gleichzeitig munter weiter abgebucht wurde. Besonders absurd: Abschläge wurden vor Fälligkeit eingezogen, Mahnungen verschickt, ohne dass mir jemals eine ordentliche Rechnung zugegangen ist. Als Kunde hat man hier offensichtlich die Aufgabe, interne Systemfehler selbst zu korrigieren. Besonders gravierend: Seit über drei Monaten ist meine neue Adresse nicht korrekt zugeordnet, sodass ich keinen anderen Stromanbieter anmelden kann. Dadurch bin ich trotz rechtzeitiger Klärung zwangsweise in der teuren Grundversorgung, obwohl alles bereits vor dem Auszug geregelt wurde. Unprofessionell, intransparent
