Sehr frecher Kundenservice. Namensänderung im Vertrag nicht möglich, auch bei WGs nicht. Dann keine Aussage möglich, obwohl ich alle Daten und Vertragsnummern und Sicherheitsfragen beantworten konnte, nur weil ich nicht die Person im Vertrag bin. Die aber seit Jahren ausgezogen ist. Daraufhin wurde ich dann angemotzt, anstelle mir das ruhig zu erklären. So schnell kann man Kunden verlieren. Empfehlung geht nicht raus.

Fette Jahresrechnung erhalten obwohl ich alleine wohne. Später kommt raus: die lesen tatsächlich vom Stromzähler meines Nachbarn ab! Ich rufe an und verlange das jemand kommt und sich die Sache anschaut. Jeden Monat wird es versprochen, jeden Monat werde ich hingehalten. Es passiert nichts, ich bekomme weiterhin Mahnungen und soll schön weiter den Strom meines Nachbarn bezahlen. Das geht seit Juni so. Jetzt ist November…Absolute Frechheit und an Respektlosigkeit nicht zu überbieten, die Mitarbeiter tun nichts und sagen seit Monaten ich soll “Geduld” haben. Schlimmste Firma die ich je gesehen habe.

Die schlechten Rezensionen kann ich mitunter nicht nachvollziehen. Vor allem der Kundenservice war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, zügig arbeitet die SWM auch im Störungsfall immer. Auch ich war hier die letzten 9 Jahre Kunde und immer zufrieden.

Kundenservice unter aller Kanone. Legen Abrechenzeiträume fest wie sie lustig sind, Abschlag nicht anpassbar.

10 Jahre Strom hier bezogen. Dann haben wir gekündigt. Warum auch immer kam die Bestätigung zum 09.09.2024 und nicht zum 30.09.2024 wie beantragt. Nach mehrmaligen Telefonaten mit der Bitte um Korrektur der Kündigung kam heute ein Schreiben, dass sich die Stadtwerke freuen uns als „neuen“ Kunden zu begrüßen und wir vom 10.09.2024 bis 30.09.2024 in der Grundversorgung sind. Toll. Mehr Service geht wirklich kaum! Und das nach immerhin 10 Jahren als Lieferant von Strom. Ich hoffe ihr verliert noch viel mehr Kunden.
