Für die Abholung eines Personalausweises (Dauer ca. 2 Minuten) fast eine Dreiviertelstunde gewartet (trotz Termin), weil an dieser Stelle absolut nichts vorwärts ging. Das geht gar nicht!!

Letztes Jahr noch richtig angenervt und enttäuscht von ewigen Wartezeiten auf einen Termin. (2,5 Monate!). Meine aktuellen zwei Anliegen wurden außerordentlich schnell, freundlich und kompetent erledigt. Vielleicht bald 5 Sterne?

Absolutes Chaos in der Erreichbarkeit und mangelnder Bürgerservice!! Wer versucht, hier eine einfache Auskunft zu erhalten, braucht starke Nerven und sehr viel Zeit. Meine Erfahrung mit dem Bauamt und den angeschlossenen Stellen der Stadt Bamberg war schlichtweg inakzeptabel: * Erreichbarkeit: Mehrere Versuche bei verschiedenen Nummern dauerten jeweils über 10 Minuten – ohne Erfolg. * Kompetenz der Vermittlung: Ich wurde mehrfach falsch weitergeleitet, unter anderem zum Fachbereich für Schienenausbau, statt zur zuständigen Stelle für Bauanträge. * Umgang mit Bürgern: Im Bürgerbüro wurde die Leitung nach jeweils 10 Minuten Wartezeit zweimal hintereinander einfach unterbrochen. * Warteschleifen-Odyssee: Zum krönenden Abschluss flog ich nach 15 Minuten Wartezeit im Sekretariat des Bauamts erneut aus der Leitung. Fazit: Man hat das Gefühl, als Bürger als Bittsteller und Störfaktor behandelt zu werden. Eine strukturierte Kommunikation oder ein Dienstleistungsgedanke sind hier nicht erkennbar. Wer wertvolle Lebenszeit sparen will, sollte den telefonischen Kontakt meiden. Ein Armutszeugnis für die Stadtverwaltung !!!

My experience here is definitely the worst since I came to Germany. The lady from Room 17 was super rude. The way she looks at me makes me feel like she's going to send me to concentration camp. Fortunately, I just come here to study. I hope I don't have to deal with people here in the rest of my life. She even tells me she's not in the mood of working. Well, neither do I. Though I'm a foreigner, I'm invited and I'm also paying taxes. Absurd and disgusting experience.

Ordnungsamt reply to my email very quickly! They found the earliest date, and it was tomorrow, perfect! To get the Anmeldung was also very easy and the lady from this Amt was very friendly, answered all our questions.
