Thank you to the hotel for being understanding following the cancellation of our flight and for charging us the cancellation fees, which were not our fault. This demonstrates excellent customer service.

The room looked decent at first, but the overall experience was very disappointing. One of the towels had someone else's hair on it, the shower holder was broken, and the key card stopped working. The worst issue was a strong sewage smell in the room and especially in the bathroom (like urine). The staff did not offer any solution, did not provide another room, and did not even apologize. Not recommended. Rating: 2/5.

Room was clean and good enough for a short stay. The toilet was a bit small but sufficient. The room temperature was non-adjustable (they said the central system is still blowing hot air in April for the cold nights which then make the room too hot). We needed to open the window to make the room stay cool but then the room was facing directly to the tram line. Noise was definitely a problem of the hotel but there was little thing they can do with the location (it's quiet after shutting the window). But overall a fine short stay given the price.

The hotel is 2-3 minutes walk from the train to the square and the restaurants. The breakfast is very nice. Cakes, fruit salads and drinks are nice. The hotel was clean and convenient. Leonardo the attendant was very helpful. I recommend it for children.

I was very surprised by the negative reviews. The location is fantastic, the reception staff were very helpful, especially Leonardo. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. I'm sure we'll stay here again if we come back.
