ST Architekten GmbH is an architekten in München, Bayern. It is listed at Eduard-Schmid-Str. 2, 81541 München-Au-Haidhausen, which places it among the local businesses of München that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Real estate services in Bayern range from small neighbourhood agencies to national chains and property managers (Hausverwaltungen). For purchases the agent fee is typically split between buyer and seller and comes on top of the land transfer tax and notary costs, so ask for all fees in writing. Apartment buyers should read the recent owners' meeting minutes and check the reserve fund. For industrial and commercial premises, check zoning, utilities and access before signing anything.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 9 am–7 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 089 54349895. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. It has a Google rating of 5.0 out of 5, though from only 1 reviews so far, so treat the score as an early indication rather than a verdict.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.
