Ich zahle hier häufig Geld ein und bin sehr zufrieden weil es hier nie Probleme gibt und alles schnell läuft

Gebührenerhöhungen, aber immer schlechtere Leistungen. Vor allem wenn man sich die App TEO anschaut. So eine unfertige, von der Benutzerführung her schlecht App, die auch immer wieder einfach nicht funktioniert, kann man doch nicht auf die Kunden los lassen. Da war die alte App um Welten besser. Bei der neuen App dauert alleine der Startvorgang schon 10x so lange wie bei der Alten. Man sieht eine Wetteranimation - wer hat sich so etwas ausgedacht. Dann landet man in einer unübersichtlichen App, die mit Werbeangeboten nur so um sich feuert. Was hat das in einer Banking App zu suchen? Wer denkt sich so etwas aus? Und dann, wenn man mal eine Überweisung machen will, dann funktioniert die Sparda Secure App nicht. Aber anstelle z.B. der Meldung, dass die Server gewartet werden bekommt man eine kryptische Meldung, die darauf schließen lässt, dass man das falsche Passwort eingegeben hat. Wie inkompetent kann man denn sowas programmieren? Habt ihr bei Google schon mal davon gehört, dass sie ihre Server wegen Wartungsarbeiten abschalten? Und die Dienste nicht erreichbar sind? Nein? Das machen sie auch nicht! Es gibt Techniken die das erlauben, Wartungen vorzunehmen, während die Server noch

Guter Service, auch späte Termin ab 18 Uhr oder Samstags, hab mich gut beraten gefühlt und war immer alles zügig und zuverlässig.

Leider hatte ich űber ihre Bank eine schlechte Bewertung abgegeben.. völlig zu Unrecht.. die Aussage eines Familienmitglied hat sich als ein Irrtum erwiesen.. Im Gegenteil.. Ich hatte dann am Telefon ein sehr nettes Gespräch mit ihrer Mitarbeiterin.. und der Irrtum wurde aufgeklärt.. 😀
