Wir finden die Briefe, die man als Eltern nach der Geburt eines Kindes bekommt, wirklich super hilfreich und interessant! Vielen Dank dafür. Auch das Wimmelbuch, welches man zur Geburt geschenkt bekommt, ist wirklich besonders toll! Wir nutzen es jeden Tag.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, doch die Bearbeitung ist leider eine Vollkatastrophe und nicht akzeptabel. Auf Nachfrage auf einen vor über 7 Monaten gestellten Antrag die Aussage "es könne schon noch zusätzlich ein Dreivierteljahr dauern und die Bearbeitung gleiche einer Lottoziehung" ist absurd. Würde privat kein soziales Netzwerk bestehen wäre ich mittlerweile obdachlos. Nachtrag: Nachdem sich die Situation etwas beruhigt hat, nehme ich mir die Zeit, meine ursprüngliche Bewertung von drei Sternen zu korrigieren. Erst nach einem Schreiben an den Oberbürgermeister wurde der Antrag – nach knapp einem Jahr – tatsächlich bearbeitet. Die Rückmeldung erfolgte in Form einer Aufforderung zur Nachreichung fehlender Unterlagen. Eine direkte Kontakt-Telefonnummer des zuständigen Sachbearbeiters wurde dabei vorsorglich nicht angegeben. Aufgrund meiner damaligen persönlichen Situation wurde die gesetzte Frist zur Nachreichung der Unterlagen von mir um wenige Tage überschritten. Dies führte unmittelbar zum vollständigen Versagen des gesamten Antrags. Zusammenfassend bleibt festzuhalten, dass es offenbar nicht möglich ist, einen einfachen Antrag innerhalb eines Jahres zu bearbeiten, während von Antra

Ho appena chiamato per avere informazioni. La ragazza non aveva nessuna competenza, ma soprattutto non era predisposta ne all’aiuto ,ne alla comprensione , già difficile al telefono . Tono molto arrogante per un operatrice nel sociale . Data la situazione, ho concluso subito la chiamata . Mi chiedo se è possibile controllare , qualora ci fosse, l’operato degli operatori per rispetto della gente che ne ha bisogno. Ma mi aspetto più competenza !
