Very helpful and friendly Staff, i came in and asked if i could try some headphones and Mr. Berger went as far as bringing an Amp and IPad out so i could try them, i stayed around 30 minutes in the shop trying different models out and ended up buying it there. Only issue is that on the pick up i was given the wrong box, which it was empty but i called in the next day and they told me i could just come back and grab the right one.

Sound Brothers Berlin delivers exactly what you would expect from a specialist retailer: expertise, transparency, and a no-pressure approach, while also being friendly and customer-oriented. Their showroom on Lietzenburger Straße offers a fantastic hands-on experience: you can test high-end HiFi, home cinema, and streaming equipment before deciding. Their team listens, explains options clearly (including pricing and installation), and avoids unnecessary upselling. What stands out is their focus on finding the right solution for each customer, not just making a sale. They've been in business for a long time, and it shows: The balance between professionalism and genuine enthusiasm is impressive. If you want straightforward advice and a friendly experience, this is the place for you.

I bought a pair of spekers here. Very professional and polite. They make you feel valued and listened to. Rarely I have such a positive experience with stores.

Friendly and helpful. No pressure to buy even when asking to hear some quite expensive kit. Most of their stock is oriented towards mid to high end experience and is appropriately priced.

I had in mind a rather complicated and expensive home cinema system. They came to my house, explained the ins and outs perfectly, and in the end I decided on something much simpler, which I am delighted with. The installation was perfect and so was the explanation. Real pros ! Update 09.08.2023 : 2nd time I have issues with Samsung TV. Again Sound Brothers did the job.
