My wife and me booked a room which got cancelled by Sol Tour before our holiday began. That was an absolute nightmare for us because the city was fully booked and we couldn't find another place to stay so our whole holiday had to be cancelled with many costs because we had to cancel transport and other things which were already past the cancellation period. Hence, a big financial loss for us! Not to speak from the holiday we had saved our money for for a long time and were so much looking forward to which couldn't take place. A very bad experience!
