Very good branch of Sixt. Very quick transaction during the pick-up with friendly staff in the counter.

We've had an awful experience here this past weekend. We made a reservation that included a baby seat. When we got there, no baby seat was available. We had to go to the Nürnberg Airport station to pick up the baby seat, which was a huge inconvenience! Not only that but the baby seat we received was full of puke stains! On the bright side, I agreed with the nice lady working there to receive a free refuel as compensation. Needless to say, I received the invoice and was charged for refueling. After calling they told me that the lady working that day never made note of this agreement so they can't honor it. I ended up receiving a small discount, which did not cover the fuel charge. This was extremely disappointing and just an overall bad experience.

Its not even worth 1 star. Pathetic staff and Manager. They didn't give us the vehicle that was booked prior. We ended up getting a much lower level car than planned. Also later the manager was asking to give extra cost for changing car instead of giving refund on downgrade car model which was not changed by us but them. Its an extreme racist experience we have ever faced in Germany. Not expected at all. I would not at all recommend this outlet to anyone.

Very ordinary service, nothing to mention as a high quality service. You should be very clear what you are after and get them to understand you cause you may ask for a car amd they approve it but they may not have it ready for you. They often say we have the specific car but they don't. Even on their website if you reserve a car it's been mentioned that you may get something similar so please read the terms and conditions carefully. Be aware if you get a fine they will charge you another 50 Euros only to email you and let you know as of admin fee.
