I took the parts of my toilet cistern that were old and or broken. Despite being 20 years old, they found replacements within about 10 seconds. It cost more than buying online, yes, but easily worth it. Speed + expertise = peace of mind. Important when the ability to use the toilet in your own house is on the line... They even had this written on the wall: "Die Erinnerung an eine schlechte Qualität währt länger als die kurze Freude am niedrigen Preis." Roughly translated: "The memory of poor quality lasts longer than the brief joy of a low price." Amen.

Ich suchte eine Dichtung für einen spezielle Anwendung. Deshalb bin ich auf dieses Geschäft gestoßen. Außer mir war niemand im Laden. Der Mitarbeiter war völlig lustlos. Beratung, wie auf der Webseite propagiert: Fehlanzeige. Da kann man sich den Weg sparen. Ich hatte die Erwartung, Hilfestellung und etwas Beratung zu erhalten. Der Mann am Tresen war entweder völlig ahnungslos (was ich vermute) oder total unmotiviert (wahrscheinlich beides).

🚫AVOID!!!! you are getting robbed🚫 The staff is friendly and helpful HOWEVER for that: 1. You pay 3 times the price of a piece compared to other places like Bauhaus for example 2. They take a 20% cut if you are returning things, the guy there even threatened and said if I’m arguing much, he will not accept the return at all.

Ein traditionelles Fachgeschäft mit Qualitätsware für Profis und Heimwerker seit 1929! Hier gibt es alles von führenden Marken für den Sanitärbereich. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben mich gut beraten. Im Hof gibt es ein paar Parkplätze, wenn man Glück hat.
