I recently got a hair Botox treatment here, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results! My hair feels incredibly smooth, soft, healthy, and much more manageable while still looking natural. The transformation exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to the hairstylist (Andrea) who did my treatment. She was so sweet, kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable, and did an amazing job. I also want to mention how warm and welcoming the entire staff was. As someone visiting a salon in Munich for the first time, I was a little nervous, but everyone made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was so friendly and inviting that I felt comfortable throughout my visit.

Today was my first time at Serbes Haardesign and had a great appointment! Went in for a keratin treatment and haircut, the owner advised against the keratin treatment since my hair was too damaged/dry and instead recommended I get hairbotox (haarbotox). It might last a bit less than the keratin treatment would but my hair felt much more moisturized AND there’s no waiting time after the treatment to wash my hair. We also did a gloss to darken my highlights to match my grown roots and a good cut/re-shape of my hair. Definitely recommend this salon if you’re looking for a great haircut and hair treatment. Everyone was so nice and professional too (:

I was very satisfied with this hair salon where I came for a haircut and keratin treatment. Both their attention and professionalism were truly excellent. My hair turned out exactly as I wanted, and I will definitely come again. I highly recommend it!

I got my Hair Botox treatment done at Serbes, but honestly, it was a letdown. After a quick wash, my hair looked just like it did before the treatment, so it didn’t seem like anything had changed. Plus, after washing it a second time, I noticed even more hair falling out. I had heard so many good things about Hair Botox treatment , but my experience was the complete opposite. It feels like I just wasted my money. I'm really disappointed with the treatment

I've been coming here for a while, and am very happy with both the cut for my very fine hair as well as colour. I get asked frequently about who cuts my hair since it looks really nice. Being able to book little extras like a ten minute head and shoulder massage is also a nice treat.
