I had booked an appointment on Tuesday at your store for a haircut on Wednesday with Maria. It was at 5:15pm. I took an early day off despite having a lot to do in office and left at 4pm, since I work far away. I got an SMS when I was in the train at 4:07pm that she has to cancel the appointment because she is "too short in time". I called her and said I have already left but she said she can offer me on Friday. She was polite but the whole experience was highly inconvenient for me. If someone has an appointment for a haircut then they have reserved an hour of their day and also have possibly rescheduled/cancelled other plans. "I informed you 1 hour in advance" is not an excuse. Probably she got a more expensive appointment or was bad planning.
