Wifi has been down from the moment we checked into the room and we addressed the issue right away, we were provided another wifi access which couldn't even be connected, they told us they can't fix it and it was late so the technician will fix it the next day. The next day the technician did come but he only took a glimpse and nothing was fixed, we called front desk and a lady couldn't understand stand English said her colleague will call back, nothing; when the housekeeper came I asked if he could check with front desk or technician about our wifi he said ok, still nothing; after a few hours we had to call again just to follow up yet were told to wait again until tomorrow cause they couldn't fix the problem. We were only staying for two nights. What's the point of having a tech department when they can't handle the technical problems on their own? And I'm really surprised that such a big hotel doesn't have any wifi enhancers. So if you're a traveler who has limited data roaming and relies on wifi a lot, you better avoid this hotel.

Despite having visited many very luxurious hotels around the world for 20 years, Seehotel Niedernberg - Das Dorf am See has definitely become number one on my list. From the moment you enter the hotel, you feel very relaxed and special. After making the reservation, I contacted the front office manager, Jan-Eike, to organize a special birthday surprise for my wife, and he personally handled the entire process. When we arrived at the hotel, everything had been prepared perfectly, exactly as I had wished. All the staff at the hotel are friendly, understanding, and very willing to fulfill requests. The pool and SPA areas are very hygienic. The breakfast is very diverse, the quality is extremely high, and the flavors are wonderful. The special and refined menus in the evening restaurants were ambitious enough to rival Michelin-starred restaurants. The surroundings of the hotel are just as magnificent. I am certain you will be very satisfied. Many thanks to all the hotel staff and management.✨🏨🌿
