Gotta take a star off for the GDR socialist style changing rooms and showers : no thermal control on the showers ?! Or working hairdryers??? 3 second water bursts coming out of showers????? I bet it was better during GDR times in those facilities. Apart from that gorgeous pool with 1/3 meter boards and kids pool ... seemed warmer than others maybe...

Showers are filthy, broken and cold, it was cold inside and the water in the kids pool was very cold too. Had to go right back home. The entrance into the kids pool has disguisting green mold!

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at Schwimmhalle im FEZ today. We had just entered the deeper pool (1.8 m to 4 m) when a female staff member approached us and asked if we could swim. We confidently said yes, and she walked away. Shortly after, she returned with a male staff member who asked us to demonstrate that we could swim. We did exactly that. Despite this, his attitude suddenly changed. He told us we were not allowed to stay in the pool and threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave. This was extremely confusing and intimidating, especially since we had already shown that we could swim. We even offered to stay near the pool edges where others were standing and swimming, but he refused without giving any clear or reasonable explanation. What made this situation worse was the tone and behavior of the staff member, which came across as unnecessarily aggressive and disrespectful. From our perspective, it felt like we were being singled out unfairly, and the interaction left us feeling unwelcome. This kind of unprofessional behavior is not acceptable, especially in a public facility. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.

“The pool was very clean and well maintained. However, the showers and locker rooms could be cleaner, and the hair dryers were not very effective. Overall, a good experience.”

8x 50m long 1.8 - 4m deep pool. Not crowded on weekday and is very good for training. IMHO on weekends, there should be more lifeguards on duty. Staffs & prices are fine. . Bath area is terrible. Pool bottom needs cleaning and maintenance. "Schwimmhalle Allendeviertel" which is a public pool is amazingly well maintained.
