A pleasant surprise. After the sole of my shoe became loose I searched this local shop for a repair. The owner asked me to wait a couple of minutes and fixed it on the spot free of charge. He caught me off-guard and really made my day :) I'm super grateful for your kind gesture :)

Awful experience, new American Tourister backpack was destroyed. I brought my brand-new American Tourister backpack for repair because a seam had slightly come apart. The repair was done next day, but it was a complete disaster. The seam was stitched in a sloppy, unprofessional manner, with three clearly crooked and uneven lines. I was left confused and paid feeling completely lost (yes, my bad) without being warned that the repair was botched or the thing has lost its normal look —they simply distracted me with meaningless chatter. My brand-new backpack is now ruined, its appearance permanently damaged. This level of workmanship is shocking, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

Super friendly and helpful! I've cut a few keys here, fixed a few shoes and used the copy service. The gentleman running the shop is always patient with my bad German and willing to help. I'd recommend this place to anyone! Thank you 🫶

There are fractures both shoes. Bottom soles are also not a good quality. When I asked about this fractures at the store and the man who worked with my shoes said that he didn’t do it and probably store sold this quality of shoes. When I bought this pair of shoes, there was not any problem. Also, I didn’t wear at all and leave inside box until I took this store. It does not look professional and ruined my nice shoes. Also, his attitude was pretty arrogant and acted ignored me. Be careful and take photos before fixing your shoes. Otherwise find other stores. I’m angry to blame to others instead of owning their fault and try to fix and help it.
