Horrible service guys! Customer service very rude. They claim to be able to repair something and after you pay and realize it is barely fixed suddenly they claim they wouldn’t be able to fix something like that. But too bad and too sad you paid already

One star because less isn’t possible. People run! They would do half the work you paid for so that you keep on coming to pay more! And besides that they don’t respect the delays and do not let you know so that you waste your time traveling there! After wearing my “repaired” shoe once it started falling appart and suddenly they say “this we didn’t see and what we don’t see we don’t repair” Good luck with your rip-off business

I have been to this cobbler for many times and always received an excellent service. They also will give you good advices about shoes. They are transparent about things can be done or not, that is very important! I highly recommend! I'm actually going to them soon to have my shoes repaired. Update 22.04.2026. I've sent them again a pair of shoes to have it repaired. And yet again they have done an excellent job.

Wow!!!! Absolutely fantastic cobbler work, shoe repair, leather restoration, and customer service. (The store is very upfront and honest about the price and repair options/possibilities.) The repair/restoration work on our shoes was amazing! This is exactly the high quality work that I wanted. Plus, the shoes and leather were all cleaned too! I wish I had a “before” picture to share. My leather boots were dying and the soles were completely worn through with huge holes. I was ready to give up on them. However, you can clearly see from the “after” picture what an amazing repair job they did! I will definitely return when I need other shoes or leather items repaired. I highly recommend this place!!! (Just go and do a walk-in anytime. They need to see your shoes in person to evaluate them and give you the repair options.)
