The black-haired woman asked me what shoe size I wear; I responded between 39 and 40 and she started trying to sell me ONLY shoes of size 40, no bigger no smaller, and there were a couple of boots on sizes 39, 41 & 42 and she simply wouldn't give them to me to try!!! She also gave me shoes ONLY from boxes, not what was on display and told me I'm not supposed to wear other sizes than 40 because "I WILL RUIN HER SHOES"!!! I didn't even try to communicate with her in English; I say what she spoke to me in German. I asked when she'd receive new stock with boots on size 40; she said that in the autumn. LIES!!! Resign and go to a sanatory woman, you are insane and racist This job is not for you!!!!!!! You're supposed to me welcoming so that the shop makes sales! I'd report her to the police even!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. tl;dr I was cheated for 134€ from this shop. I recently bought two Vendula London bags from here, which the Shopkeeper sold at 173€ each. At the time of purchase, I asked for a discount but the shopkeeper declined my request, saying it wasn't possible because she still had debts from Corona. Well, ok. I still bought the two bags for my wife and daughter. HOWEVER, I later checked online and found out that I could order the bags from the brand's own website for 116€ each (145€ - 20% User Discount) with FREE SHIPPING and an additional rewards program for future purchases. That's a whopping 67€ overcharge for each bag. 134€ overcharge for both. I understand that shopkeepers also need to make a living and add their own profit margin. But 67€ for EACH bag? I literally wasted 134€ on hot air. I do not recommend this shop. This is daylight robbery. Apart from already shamelessly cheating her unsuspecting customers with extremely overpriced items, she probably tried to cheat us a second time: Because while the bags were tagged at 173€ each, the shopkeeper initially rung us up for 185€ each. One star for the worst experience. I presently live in Germany and took my visiting Indian friends ( highly educated) for a shopping experience to this unique shop. The lady in 40s yelled at my doctor friend for touching a bag and started bad mouthing India and indians in general. I only hope the Indian community in germany does not read this comment. We felt like reporting her but we had very little time to devout to this vulgar behaviour.

Disappointing experience at Schuhmann store in Nuremberg. The sales associate was rude and unwelcoming. As foreigners, we expected a bit of understanding and courtesy, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. It's surprising to see such behavior in a store, especially when interacting with international customers. Hopefully, they can work on improving their customer service skills. The sales associate's behavior was off-putting. As visitors from abroad, we were looking forward to a pleasant shopping experience. However, the lack of courtesy and understanding was noticeable.

I hardly ever post reviews. I went into the store looking at the shoes with my daughter and thought the colors and zipper on a shoe were cool. When I tried out the zipper, the shop owner yelled at me asking why I was touching a shoe not in my size. I apologized and said I liked the zipper and was trying it out. She proceeded to say she knew I was checking to see if the quality was like Chinese made, and it was a private store not for looking. How dare I even look or touch if I don't go to buy. My daughter and I were the only people in the store, except a person chatting with the shop owner, which seemed like a social call. If you don't look European, I wouldn't go into the store. If you are a tourist just wandering around, I wouldn't go in the store.
