Damir is one of the best barbers I know, he spends a lot of time and the outcome is pretty much always the best cut i ever got. Damir takes a lot of time and care, a professional and proud of his trade. Update: unfortunately I only just learned that Damir doesn't work here anymore. Also, the person that recommended this place to me went recently and had their hair cut by someone else. It only took 25 minutes, 55 euro + tips, and results were unfortunately disappointing.

This used be my preferred place to go for a haircut (it was still called balance hair). Two weeks ago I went for a haircut and got a different one to my regular stylist. The new stylist didn't spend much time on the cut and now my hair looks like as If I have got a cheap Turkish haircut :(. Time to find a new salon.

It was the worst visit of my life! I had long, blond, healthy hair for 3 years (originally I am brunette). I came there just to make a regrowth. They burned my skin, left the peroxide for over 2h without even checking my hair, burned my hair and head skin. I got blisters, hair like straw and they still demanded money. DID NOT ADMIT THE MISTAKE saying that is is normal to have destroyed hair after bleaching! 2 of the hairdressers were trying to dye my hair and were to busy smoking outside to check if my head is burning. When I complained that it is hurting, they said its normal! In the end I lost money and almost all of my hair. I left with burned skin, yellow/white hair and tears in my eyes. When I came next day to demand money back, they send me home with a small, cheap conditioner. The worst service I've ever seen, I do not recommend that place! If you want to keep your hair healthy avoid that place!
