Never ever again. Terrible haircut, I grew hair long to go there to have just tidy up current hair style. He cut it so short that I hate the new hairstyle. I would not reccommend you to go there.

Worst experience (July 2025) (Edited with updated pictures because they keep reporting my review in attempt to remove it. Here is my booking reference to prove this happened) The stylist cut the underneath of my long hair to above the shoulders and didn’t tell me. (The photo shows the multiple lengths my hair was after it was cut by Patrick). He kept the rest of my hair long and it wasn’t until I got home I realised I had the underneath of my hair chopped off. The atmosphere was strange from the off. As soon as I walked in I stated “I have an appointment in 20 minutes” to which a rude member of staff (Alex was their name) responded with “congratulations”. Perfectly obnoxious way to treat customers. My hairdresser was silent for the entire appointment. After he finished it appeared to be a great haircut as I hadn’t noticed the underneath. I paid 70€ (with a tip). After I realised at home it had been chopped short underneath, I returned with my partner to try and ask why my hair has been cut off. I had a haircut there many months ago, but because I told myself I would stop tolerating shitty service and bad attitude in Germany, I want to give this review now to warn others. First of all, I'm always really friendly, polite, and not picky/fussy at all. It's important for me to make others feel comfortable and not be a burden. But for some reason, Daniel made me feel like I was being super difficult and looked completely annoyed right from the get-go. All I did was nicely explain that since I'd been cutting my own hair for a long time, I was nervous about it and wanted his opinion, but he couldn't care less. I had a few reference photos, and I suggested "like this but a bit longer" and for him, that was apparently way too complicated to deal with. I just didn't understand why the whole time I felt like I was annoying him. I was just a bit insecure about doing this and wanted him to advise me a little. I think he also absolutely hated that my German was bad and that I had to switch back and forth. At the end, when fully styled, I thought what he did looked decent, so we ended on a nice note. But literally the next day, it looked awful. I waited for months for it to grow back,

A lovely place with talented and friendly people. I felt very welcome by everyone. I got a hair cut and color with Hanna along with olaplex treatment, she understood exactly what I wanted, provided very a helpful consultation tailored to my hair type and I ended up with my dream Pinterest hair! I’ve had my hair done with her previously and she is very knowledgeable about color, takes pride in her work, and is super talented. I have only good things to say about my experience here.
