Schon der Duft beim Eintreten ist vielversprechend. Das Sortiment ist ausgesucht gut und die Beratung unkompliziert, kompetent, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Was nicht gleich da war wurde besorgt und nachgesandt. Vielen Dank und bis bald!

Hier gerät man an nette und fachkompetente Mitarbeiterinnen. Sie wussten gleich von Anfang an, was ich haben möchte und nach gefühlten 2 Minuten war ich mit 2 Parfums wieder draußen. Ich komme wieder!

Frau Czekalla ist eine sehr freundliche und kompetente Drogistin. Sie besitzt viel Wissen im Bereich der Parfümerie und konnte mich gut beraten. Ihr Laden hat viel zu bieten und auch im kosmetischen Bereich komme ich gerne wieder. Man fühlt sich ausgesprochen wohl und herzlich willkommen :)

Mir wurde ein Produkt, dass man über längere Zeit verwendet, mit dem Haltbarkeitsdatum Ende des selben Monats verkauft. Als ich anfragte das Produkt umzutauschen, wurde ich damit abgewiesen, dass das Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum nur eine Orientierungsrichtlinie sei und es wurde nicht umgetauscht. Des Weiteren war nur die Inhaberin fähig zu einem Teil ihrer Produkte Auskunft zu geben und nicht ihre Angestellte. Nur ist, verständlicherweise, die Besitzerin nicht die ganze Zeit dort. I was sold a product that you can use for a long time with the expiry date end of the same month. When I inquired to replace the product, I was dismissed, because the expiration date would be just an orientation guideline and it was not refunded nor I got a discount. Furthermore, only the owner was able to give informations about a part of their products and not their employee. Only, understandably, the owner is not there all the time.
