Kann einige Kommentare bezüglich der Mitarbeiter nicht nach vollziehen. Die Dame war sympathisch und die Beratung, Wie sie sein soll.

Also,ehrlich gesagt würde ich lieber 0 Sterne geben. So was inkompetentes und unfreundliches habe ich auch noch nicht erlebt.! Ich kam mit einem Rezept für Kompressionswäsche nach einer WHO. Die Dame musterte mich und sagte mir direkt ,das sowas nicht über die Kasse läuft. Schade das ich hier den Tonfall nicht wiedergeben kann! Als ich ihr sagte das ich genau weiß, daß sie Unrecht hat wurde sie ungehalten und abweisend. Ich bin dann nach Dieburg ins Sanitätshaus "Klein" gefahren. Und siehe da,alles kein Problem!!! Gundermann sieht mich nie wieder,kein Mensch muss sich so behandeln lassen.

Ich wurde sofort und sehr kompetent beraten. Habe mich wohl gefühlt und die Ratschläge gerne entgegen genommen. Es wurden mir keine Extras aufgedrängt sondern nur das verkauft, was ich brauche und will. Gerne gehe ich wieder hier her.
