Terrible, unprofessional, and distressing experience. I arrived at the hospital last night after 9:00 p.m. with severe rectal bleeding, dizziness, stomach pain, and a headache. Despite this, I waited nearly four hours while others who arrived later were seen first. I was not prioritized, and shortly before 2:00 a.m.—after I was the last patient left in the waiting room—I was finally attended to by a doctor of Russian descent at the emergency unit. She asked why I was there. I responded, “Sprichst du Englisch?” She immediately became angry, demanding to know why I addressed her with du, saying that she is a doctor and must be addressed with Sie. Despite my condition, I tried to explain myself in my not-so-strong German and showed her a picture of the heavy bleeding I had experienced just hours before arriving. She dismissed it, saying, “Why did you come to the emergency when it's just hemorrhoids?” I explained that a large amount of blood had flowed from my anus and, since it was nighttime, I couldn’t go to my family doctor. I was in pain, dizzy, and anxious—yet she showed no empathy. When I inadvertently used du again, she became even more hostile, scolding me once more over lan

What can I say? My wife waited 5 hours with a Katheter in her arm to receive an intravenous medication. The doctor looked like he bought his diploma. The worst place to be with pain and problems. It's better think twice before go inside this Klinikum. Or you may not survive.. Good luck if you need this terrible place to survive..

Terribly incompetent. After 9 hours waiting, I was faced with either uninterested or rude staff. Rather stay home and die on the floor, than go here

This is one of worst hospital in Bayern state, and actually the medical system here is terrible.First you go to family Doctor,family doctor is on holidays and you die at home wooooowww Versicherung
