As dark-haired client wanting a more natural “chocolate” or cold toned balayage result, in this case, I was told a separate glossing service would be required in addition to the balayage, which adds extra cost. This was not clearly explained at the time of booking. My experience was disappointing. This was my personal experience here.

I am so glad I found this place. I went today for the second time since I was so happy the last time. Love the athmosphere and cozyness of the salon, and even more important, leaving with a big smile on my face after the results: Sado always takes the time to listen, he remembers everything and takes extreme care of your hair. I can definitely recommend it 🤍

10/10 experience! I was looking for a hair salon in Munich and found this place so glad I did. I loved everything: the attention, the atmosphere, and especially the results. He gave great advice, took excellent care of my hair, and explained everything clearly. I’m extremely happy with the result and will definitely keep coming back.

Great service and a very nice salon! I loved the massage function in the chair and Japanese hair spa was very relaxing experience! Sado is extremely pleasant and professional hairdresser.

Amazing new hair spot in Haidhausen with super service, massage chairs, red LED light therapy, fire place and exclusive Italian cosmetic Techna. Sado is highly recommended as a professional hair stylist!
