Salons, spas and fitness studios in Germany are best booked ahead, especially for evenings and Saturdays, and most now take bookings online or through WhatsApp as well as by phone. Agree the service and the price before you start, note that many salons close on Mondays, and tip 5-10% in cash if you are happy. Gyms usually ask for a 12- or 24-month contract, with the monthly rate falling the longer you sign up for, so read the cancellation clause.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 10 am–7 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 0941 46171373. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is sabaithai-massage.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Customers rate it 4.5 out of 5 on Google across 91 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded massage & day spas in Regensburg.

Regensburg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The massage shop is clean and has a great atmosphere. They offer ginger tea and small chocolates while you wait. The ginger tea is very delicious. The massage service was also very relaxing.
