Auf der Suche nach einer neuen Spülmaschine gingen wir zunächst fälschlicher Weise in die Filiale in Alt-Köpenick. Dort wurden wir freundlich empfangen und auf die andere Filiale nahe Köpenick S-Bahnhof verwiesen, da dort die Küchengeräte stehen. Leider war die Begegnung dort eine gänzlich andere: Niemand, der auf uns zu kam, um abzuklären, ob wir ggf. Hilfe gebrauchen könnten. Der junge Mann, den wir schließlich am Ende des Ladens entdecken konnten, schaute selbst bei seinem verzögerten Hallo erst noch weiter auf sein Handy, bevor er es endlich wegsteckte, um sich mal den "Eindringlingen" zu widmen. Der versteckt sitzende etwas ältere Herr bewegte sich keinen Zentimeter. Bereits hier entstand das Gefühl, wir wären eher Störenfriede. Als wir dann versuchten, die Rahmenbedingungen für die Spülmaschine zu übermitteln (unterbaufähig, Preisrahmen usw.), drehte sich der Mann tatsächlich mitten im Satz, direkt nach dem Stichwort "Spülmaschine", um und lief flotten Schrittes weg, ohne den Rest mitzubekommen (da er bereits zu weit weg war). Zwar hin zu den Maschinen; die in diesem Verhalten liegende Unverschämtheit war jedoch enorm. Dass die vorhandene Auswahl vor Ort nicht riesig ist, war

I bought my kitchen from here and it was excellent experience. Fady (sales person there) helped me and my wife a lot in designing the kitchen and was patient enough to do all the changes that we asked for also helped in advising which materials to choose and which kitchen appliances to buy. Timing for delivery was as agreed, installation was done perfectly and whole process went very smooth.

The end result was a nice kitchen, but it took 9 months, and the planner was very unprofessional and caused a lot of unnecessary stress (price haggling, accusations of lying, ignored e-mails, miss-communication between planners and fitters, confused about which devices he'd put in the contract, verbally offering services that later weren't possible, and generally uncooperative after the payment was made). Side note: the fitters were excellent.

He has explained the process very well and patiently. He gave us advices and recommendations, when we were uncertain about the details of furniture and kitchen appliances. It was a great experience. They have haousehold electronics like washing machines, refrigerators etc. They don't have many people therefore it may take time to get help from the staff. Staff is friendly and nice. But it doesn't have as many iption as one can find in saturn or mediamarkt. They also provide financing to buy electronics from them.
