I was lucky to buy my first apartment in Germany from RS-Wohnbau GmbH, as it seems like with them I avoided those horror-stories people experience while buying real estate. From the first appointment with Mr. Tarcsay as a sales man, until the keys-handover appointment with Mr. Filipp everyone was very helpful and forthcoming. Since the deal had to be done quite fast and German authorities aren't known to be fast, we had our disagreements, but hopefully it's all settled by now. It's only the first few weeks in the new apartment and I am still waiting for some things to be fixed, so time will show, but from what I already experienced with RS-Wohnbau GmbH, I can only recommend them! All the best in the new projects to RS-Wohnbau Team!

Wir haben RS-Wohnbau als sehr zuverlässigen, professionellen und vertrauenswürdigen Bauträger kennengelernt, was vor allem in der aktuellen, für die Baubranche volatilen Zeit von herausragender Bedeutung ist. Darüber hinaus baut RS-Wohnbau qualitativ hochwertige Häuser und ist stets offen für Sonderwünsche von Seiten der Bauherren. Wir können RS-Wohnbau uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe bereits 2003 eine 3-Zimmerwohnung, welche ich seither selbst bewohne, bei der Firma RS-Wohnbau GmbH erworben. Angefangen bei der Beratung über die Betreuung bis hin zur Übergabe der Wohnung ist alles reibungslos verlaufen. Auch nach 20 Jahren bin ich noch immer sehr zufrieden. Wir haben bis heute keine Mängel, das Objekt stand und steht in jeglicher Hinsicht perfekt da - Qualität und Erfahrung zahlt sich einfach aus! So kann ich die Firma RS-Wohnbau GmbH nur empfehlen.

Wir haben uns für eine Wohnung von RS entschieden, da die Qualität und der gute Ruf uns von RS überzeugt haben. Leider mussten wir schlussendlich feststellen, dass zwar die Qualität der eingesetzten Materialien sehr hochwertig ist, doch die Umsetzung sowie die Kommunikation nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Wesentliche Änderungen an Keller und Tiefgarage wurden erst auf Nachfrage bestätigt. Auch die Abstimmung mit den verschiedenen Handwerker war schwierig. Daher würden wir davon abraten sich außerhalb des Standards zu bewegen, da dies nur Mehrkosten und Ärger verursacht. Das ist zumindest die Erfahrung die wir machen mussten. Die Baustelle war während der Bauzeit stark verunreinigt und im Haus wurde noch geraucht als die Fenster schon montiert waren. Das Schlafzimmer diente teilweise als Pausen- und Raucherraum für die Handwerker, obwohl die Wohnung zwei Balkone hat. Als Kunde ist das schwer nachzuvollziehen. RS können wir nur bedingt weiterempfehlen.
