We recently completed the purchase of a property in Munich with the support of Mr. and Mrs. Rogers – and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. As international buyers, going through a property transaction in Germany can feel overwhelming. However, Mr. and Mrs. Rogers provided exceptional support every step of the way. They were not only highly professional and well-organized, but also incredibly patient and responsive in answering all our questions — no matter how detailed. What made a big difference for us was their fluent English communication and their ability to clearly explain every aspect of the process. From coordinating with the notary and the seller, to helping us navigate timelines, documentation, and even valuation appointments — they were always timely, clear, and reassuring. We’re truly grateful for their dedication and understanding of the unique challenges faced by non-German clients. Without their help, this process would have been much more difficult. We can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone — especially international buyers looking for reliable and professional guidance in the German property market.

We have worked with Rogers Immobilien twice in relation to both a letting of a property and later a sale of the same property in Munich. Both times, we have thoroughly enjoyed working with the Rogers team. They are at all times thoughtful, professional and hard-working. They created incredible pictures of our apartment, made a beautifully written resume and conducted viewings even on weekends and public holidays. Katarina and her husband are a real pleasure to work with. They are very friendly and enthusiastic about the objects they help sell, and really go the extra mile. The broschure they put together for the apartment I bought was beautiful, and at the viewing appointments, Thomas really took his time to show us all the important features, explain things like the type of heating, whe renovations were last done and other things that are very helpful to know when making such a big investment. Also the personal touches were much appreciated - chocolates for the buyer and sellers at the notary appointment, being invited for a celabratory breakfast, flowers at the handover. I would have bought the apartment even without those things, but those added touches certainly made the experience more personal and special. I would gladly work with Katarina and Thomas again.

Very positive experience! We rented a great apartment with help from Rogers Agency and are very happy with the overall experience. Mr. and Mrs. Rogers were very professional, and they helped us get through each step of the rental process. They showed transparency from the beginning and responsiveness in addressing every perplexity or question we had, even after the rental process was successfully concluded. They kindly helped us going through every single element for the Ubergabeprotokoll, which we would not have been able to compile on our own. We would highly recommend Mr. and Mrs. Rogers.
