Thank you so much to the entire team at Robert Niendorf. They re-imagined family heirlooms into my wedding band. Nadine took such care and attention to my ring, and each time I met with her you could really tell how much she cared about making it right. It is such a sentimental piece of jewellery and I’m very happy to have worked with Robert Niendorf for this project! Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful work and customer service. Had a lovely conversation about how to convert my grandmother’s ring set into something memorable for me to wear, and my request was handled so respectfully. The necklace turned out beautifully. They have a wonderful eye for detail and treated my family’s heirloom with the utmost respect. If you’re looking for a goldsmith or jewelry maker in Berlin, I highly recommend Robert Niendorf and his team. I hope to bring other pieces in the future, too!

They did a successfully bad job with the ring. And they charged sky high price for their such poor work. And we weren’t happy with their job. And when we wanted some changes because of their poor unskilled work they want us to talk but they can’t answer if you need to pay or it is free. Highly disappointed with their work. If you have enough money to waste on your wedding ring then you should definitely visit their shop & they will make you successful disappointed with their work.

We were looking for a goldsmith who could make our wedding and engagement rings in accordance with our wishes. Robert tried his best to offer us excellent service and valuable advice from the beginning to the end. The whole experience was just incredibly amazing!
